Few people know, but the sunset in Foz do Iguaçu is on a list published in 2015 by the website Skyscanner as one of the 10 most beautiful sunsets in Brazil, more specifically in 6th place.

01 – Kattamaram

Starting with the obvious, the Kattamaram tour takes place on the Itaipu lake and is one of the tours that Itaipu Binacional offers. The tour takes place inside a 35 meter long boat with capacity for approximately 200 people.
During the excursion, the boat approaches the dam of Itaipu Binational, which is more than 8 km long, in addition to having a unique view of the lake and all the nature involved in the tour, and of course, going on the last tour of the day, the visitor has the honor of witnessing one of the most beautiful sunsets of Foz do Iguaçu.
The Kattamaram boat also has an open deck, an American bar, a restaurant and a solarium, where you can enjoy the sunset of Foz do Iguaçu while having a good drink and listening to good ambient music.

02 – Meeting of the waters
Departures for Encontro das Águas take place from 9am to 17:20pm and last approximately 1h30, but if you want to enjoy the sunset in Foz do Iguaçu, the best option is to leave at the last time.
In addition to the wonderful sunset, on this tour you can also admire Itaipu Binacional, the Friendship Bridge, which connects Brazil and the Paraguay, and also, the Fraternity Bridge, which connects Brazil with the Argentina. It's simply too much!

The sunset, at Marco, begins the presentations and dance shows in honor of the countries that are part of the Triple Border: Brazil, Paraguay and Argentina, in addition to all the lighting around the Obelisk, which makes the attraction one of the most beautiful parts of the city.
