06 reasons to visit the Argentine Falls this holiday

Are you traveling to Foz do Iguaçu this November 02nd holiday and need some travel tips? We at Tarobá Hotel have the perfect tip for you! Visiting the Falls on the Argentine side is an incredible trip, which takes almost a full day of sightseeing. Discover 06 reasons that will motivate you to discover the other side of Iguaçu Falls!

01 – An affordable attraction

For those who visit Foz do Iguaçu, getting around the Triple Border cities is very easy and quick. The Falls on the Argentine side are approximately 30/40 minutes from the center of Foz.

You can get around by private car, taxi, bus or with the tourism agency here at Tarobá Hotel, Combo Iguassu. As long as, of course, everyone has the necessary documents to cross the Border.

02 – One of the Seven Wonders of Nature

Just to make it clear, both the Argentine and Brazilian sides are part of the same natural heritage. So when Iguaçu Falls gained the title of one of the Seven Wonders of Nature, both sides won, because they are part of one place. Do you need a better reason than that to visit the Argentine Falls this holiday?

03 – An unparalleled view

As beautiful as the Falls on the Brazilian side, the Falls on the Argentine side are simply fabulous. I can't say which one is prettier. If there were a competition, it would be very difficult to choose one.

04 – 1.100 meters of walkway under the Iguaçu River

Anyone who has visited the Iguaçu Falls on the Brazilian side knows that the most anticipated point of the tour is that walkway, which passes in front of the falls and goes to the Devil's Throat. Right?

While on the Brazilian side that walkway is approximately 100 meters long (I could be wrong), at the Falls on the Argentinean side this walkway is around 1.100 meters long under the river.

This walk allows visitors to appreciate several species of native animals, such as birds, turtles, alligators and butterflies. Not to mention the trees, which you will find on the way to Garganta do Diabo.

05 – A wonder called Lower Circuit

Here you need a little more walking, but it's all worth it. This part of the trail is approximately 1.700 meters deep into the forest and gives access to several falls, which unlike the Brazilian side of Iguaçu Falls, this trail goes over, on the side and even under some smaller falls, if in doubt. For those who love photography, this is the perfect place!

06 – Upper circuit

Unlike the Lower Circuit, the Upper Circuit has an incredible panoramic view from the top of the Argentine Falls. There are over 1.700 meters of pure emotion and inexplicably beautiful landscapes.

In this part, you will find some benches to sit on, take a rest, and then continue, because there really is a lot to admire. It's so worth it! Here's a tip!
