01- Rainwater collection for flushing toilets
The Tarobá Hotel has a rainwater collection system, when tower 2 was built, around three years ago, the intention was to implement this system. Today, all rainwater is collected, treated, directed and reused exclusively for other toilets, making it a great hotel option in Foz do Iguaçu.
02- Energy savers in rooms at Tarobá Hotel
The energy saver works as if it were a generator, using the guest's card. When the guest activates the card, placing it in the socket (which is where the energy saver is located), the energy in the room is released, so when they leave and remove the card, the energy is cut off to avoid excessive consumption.
03- Acquisition of Seal A Procel equipment
The Procel Seal is a way of directing consumers when making purchases, indicating energy efficiency within each category, saving on electricity.

04- Use of garbage bags and biodegradable products in the laundry.
Every week the products used in the laundry are checked with suppliers to check whether they are all biodegradable, thus ensuring the lowest possible impact on the environment, there are few hotels in Foz do Iguaçu that use this system.
05- Digitization of documents
Here at Tarobá Hotel we are always digitizing documents, avoiding the use of paper as much as possible. Hotels usually print reservation confirmations to check data and other things, here everything is digitized and posted online.

The toilets in Tower 2 of the Tarobá Hotel have two stages, allowing our guests to feel motivated to support the reduction of water consumption as well.
07- Use of solar water heating panels
The Tarobá Hotel also has highly efficient water heating via solar panels, being the first hotel in Paraná to use this photovoltaic plate system (the part responsible for capturing the sun's rays in solar energy systems), it is one of the few hotels in Foz do Iguaçu that use this plate system.
08- Use of LED lamps to save electricity
The Tarobá Hotel uses LED lamps with excellent origin in all hotel facilities, ensuring less burning of the lamps, avoiding waste. And there's more: all lamps and batteries are sent to their intended locations, correctly treating IT waste and other electronic waste.
