When you plan a trip to Foz do Iguaçu you want to take advantage of everything the triple border has to offer, right? I know how it is. But how will you know what to visit, what are the best tours to take and how to go? Come with me!

Let's take it easy, there are many options of tours to do in the border region, but I have prepared here a special list of different tours in Argentina that you can't miss if you want to make the most of your visit to the country.

Duty free shop

The Duty Free Shop is paradise for those who want to buy important products at a special price, after all, these products, unlike in Brazil, have no taxes, which makes it easier to reduce the price.

The place is located before customs between Brazil and Argentina, it has an excellent structure, with lots of space, which is often crowded with tourists. It has different sectors, each one is called a different city, which takes the customer to have different experiences, such as New York in the 30s (drinks), Paris (perfumery), Shanghai (electronics), Venice (fashion), among others.

Be careful when purchasing, don't get too excited because if you exceed the quota, as in the case of purchases in Paraguay and Argentina, there is a quota that must not exceed US$300,00 per person, this quota is non-transferable.

Don't forget your documents, as when making your purchase, the cashiers need you to present a valid document – issued less than 10 years ago – and with a photo, such as a passport or ID.

Don't forget to visit Duty Free with Como Iguassu, which has transport to take customers to and from them safely and comfortably. At Combo you will also find several tour packages for the whole family to enjoy!

Puerto Iguazú Fair

Known by the Hermanos also as “La Feiriña”, it is a very simple place, but which promotes great trade in various products that are produced in Argentina, such as cheeses, salami, the famous stuffed olives, alfajores, sweet milk, wines, olive oils, among others.

There is a part on site that allows you to try the traditional Argentine empanadas and picadas, don't forget to try them, they are delicious, this place has chairs and tables so you can eat the delicacies on the spot, in comfort and with the chance to order more some to take.

Argentina Falls + Gran Aventura

You absolutely cannot miss this tour, visiting the Falls on the Argentine side is unmissable.

As Iguazu Falls It is very different from the Falls on the Brazilian side, it has 3 trails that you can take, the upper trail, the lower trail and the Garganta del Diablo trail. All of them you pass through the forest, it is a long walk with a lot of contact with nature. If you're afraid of heights, take it easy, but go ahead! During all the trails there are sections where you will see the falls below your feet.

The lower and upper trails do not take you to Garganta del Diablo, to get there, you must take a specific trail with this final objective, part of the trail must be done by means of a little train that runs every 30 minutes.

The tour to the Falls on the Argentine side has varying prices depending on the region you live in and your age. The fee must be paid in pesos, they do not accept payment in reais.

Check the daily exchange rate, it will vary the amount in reais that you will exchange.

The Gran Aventura tour takes you to discover the Iguazú Falls in a whole new way. He takes a jeep trail that takes you through Sendero Yacaratiá, which gives you total amazement at the local fauna and flora that live in total harmony. At the end of this beautiful motorized tour, the tourist arrives at Perto Macuco and begins a very safe boat ride, very similar to the tour on the Brazilian side, but this one takes you to exclusive places such as Isla Martín.
