The third trip you can take on Kattamaram II is to the Moisés Bertoni Museum, located in Presidente Franco, Paraguay!

This Museum has rooms that tell part of the life of the important Swiss scientist, Moisés Bertoni, who was the greatest biologist and researcher in Paraguay, as well as being a cartographer, agronomist and meteorologist!

At the Museum, his story is told through books, letters, scientific objects, the researcher's works and the scientist's personal objects, in addition to having many rare objects, such as maps, magazines and newspapers from the 19th and 20th centuries!

The Museum has the Moisés Santiago Bertoni Monument, with an ecological corridor and interpretive trails, going to Sendero Arroyo Bertoni, where you reach the port and Sendero Kuri`y Palmital, in which there is a trail where you can observe native species and exotics inserted by Bertoni!
