This new feature will be called the “Blue” rate, which includes all benefits free of charge, such as more than 40 live Sky TV channels and full on-board service, which includes unlimited drinks and snacks. The new fare class will be gradually introduced across all of the airline's destinations, starting with the aforementioned destinations from the first day of June.
Therefore, airline tickets will now be classified into two categories: “Azul” and “MaisAzul”. Customers who opt for “Azul” tickets will pay cheaper than the “MaizAzul” option, being able to choose whether or not to purchase the baggage check-in service, that is, if you change your mind, you can include your 23kg of luggage at any time. moment, for a fee of R$30,00. If your baggage exceeds the established weight, the excess will be charged at the current excess baggage fee.
Now, if you choose the “MaisAzul” category, the 23kg baggage allowance will be included and will always be available for purchase. For customers who issue tickets through travel agencies within the period from June 01st to 15th, the 23kg allowance will already be included, in addition to hand luggage of up to 10kg (hand luggage measurements differ from company to company) .

Sapphire and Diamond category customers have additional advantages and differences for domestic flights. Safira and Diamante customers will be able to check in 33kg and 38kg of luggage, respectively depending on the purchase of “Blue” and “MaisAzul” category tickets. Customers in the Topázio category who purchase “MaizAzul” tickets (or “Azul” + baggage service) will be able to check in up to 28kg of luggage.
