How many days to visit Foz do Iguaçu? Find it out!

Traveling is always good and makes us feel anxious, but a question that always arises at a certain point is: “How many days do I need to stay in the city to see at least all the tourist attractions?”

The answer may be a back and forth, two to three days, five to seven days. This depends on your time availability, but here we will show you how quick and easy it is to have a 3-day itinerary in Foz do Iguaçu.

1st day

The first day is reserved for you to do your shopping and get to know our neighboring countries! You can shop in Paraguay during the day, and we guarantee that if you go at 8 am you will probably only get back there at 4 or 5 pm. Walk on Ciudad del Este It's almost like a pastime that can fly by, believe me!

During the night, take the opportunity to get to know the “hermano” country, go enjoy the Argentine fair or dinner at a restaurant that has more traditional cuisine, such as El Quincho del Tio Querido.

2st day

Take advantage of the day to learn a little about our greatest source of energy, Itaipu Binational. Go see the largest energy generator in the world and maybe, with luck, you'll be able to see one of the open spillways, cross your fingers and get lucky.

You can learn a little more about the Itaipu Hydroelectric Plant by taking one of the other tours.

At dusk, take advantage of the visit to Marco das Três Fronteiras, to see a beautiful sunset and also enjoy the cultural show that Marco das Três Fronteiras presents to its visitors, showing a little bit of the culture of each country in the Triple Border.

3st day

Maybe we saved the best for last! Start the day by enjoying all the direct contact with nature at Parque das Aves and seeing the incredible work that the Park team does to make all the birds feel like they are in their natural habitat. After visiting Parque das Aves, get ready to visit Foz do Iguaçu's flagship: the Iguaçu Falls!

The Iguaçu National Park is next to the Parque das Aves, so just cross the street and you have one of the 7 Wonders of Nature close to you, take advantage of the tour to enjoy the charms that the Falls offer to visitors and to be impressed by the coatis that live there.

This is our itinerary for Foz do Iguaçu in 3 days, I hope it helped and especially that it gives you tips on how to enjoy your time in our city. Remembering that the Agency Iguassu Combo carries out all the tours in Foz do Iguaçu suggested in this post. We look forward to your visit! ?
