1-day itinerary through Foz do Iguaçu, what to do?

Do you come to our wonderful city and are in doubt about what to do in Foz do Iguaçu? We prepared a one-day itinerary around Foz do Iguaçu, because, although it may seem like a short time, you can do several things!

To really enjoy a day in Foz do Iguaçu, you need to wake up early and prepare to walk a lot and it goes without saying that you'll need a lot of sunscreen, right?

Our next tourist spot is next to the Iguaçu National Park, which is the Bird Park! Last year the bird conservation center received more than 780 visitors, breaking the record for visitors from 2017.

In it you walk among more than a thousand birds rescued from trafficking and abuse, in addition to reptiles, such as snakes, alligators, lizards, etc., butterflies and spiders that you find in their respective aviaries.

How about being in the middle of three countries at the same time? So we can't let the Landmark of the Three Borders outside of our itinerary, because in addition to having a beautiful view and a great sunset to photograph, Marco tells us a little about the great history of the Triple Border.

And during the night we can enjoy a beautiful light and theater show, representing the three countries, from Tuesday to Sunday. For children there is a very fun playground, so the little ones can have fun while their parents enjoy the scenery.

In addition to the Three Borders Framework, the Itaipu Hydroelectric Power Plant connects Paraguay to Brazil, via the Paraná River. The Itaipu Hydroelectric Plant supplies energy to both countries, which nowadays live in harmony.
