01 – Puerto Princesa – Philippines

Voted one of the Seven Wonders of Nature, Puerto Princesa Underground River National Park is located on the island of Palawan. The Park is an incredible combination of limestone karst with a wonderful 8,2 km long navigable underground river.

The river passes through caves completely filled with stalactites (rock formations) and stalagmites (formations that grow from the floor towards the ceiling) and flows into the South China Sea. The place is wonderful and full of natural elements, it is worth visiting.
